For direct bookings on this site, we also note which page or link brought you here (via standard UTM parameters and referrer information) purely to understand which of our own marketing efforts are working — this is stored only in your browser for the length of your visit and attached to your booking, never sold or shared with third-party advertisers, and no third-party ad-tracking pixels are installed on this site.
If you have a PHLOFT guest account, you can review your communication preferences, download a copy of everything we have on file for you, or request that your personal information be deleted from your guest portal account settings. Deletion requests are reviewed by our team before they're carried out; reservation and payment records are retained as required for financial and legal recordkeeping even after a deletion request is approved.
